Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program
The Springboard Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Counseling Program [IOP] is
an effective alternative to residential treatment and allows clients to
continue with day-to-day responsibilities while receiving treatment for alcohol
and drug addiction.
IOP clients receive ten [10] hours of intensive
treatment and counseling per week for the duration of eight weeks. The Center's
licensed counselors work with each client to develop an individual treatment
plan with goals and objectives supported by individual, group and family
counseling, educational sessions, relapse prevention training, 12-step work,
and outside support groups. During the course of treatment, the client and
family members receive intensive individualized attention from our counseling
staff.

Medical
Detoxification Program
Many clients come to The Springboard Center in need of detoxification from
alcohol or other drugs. The Center's sub-acute medical detoxification services
are provided around-the-clock and are supervised by a MD Addictionologist. We
work individually with each person to ensure the detox process is as pain-free
and comfortable as possible. Detox clients may attend counseling groups if they
are stable and feel well enough to interact with others. Our medical staff
provides continuous monitoring and recommendations for the next level of care.
The detoxification program is medically supervised by a MD Addictionologist who
is a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
