June 23, 2011 Declared "Tim Baker Day"!
Tim Baker, founder of the Springboard Center, was honored for his dedication, hard work, his vision, and leadership in creating a state of the art treatment facility for addictive disease. Proclamations were issued by the State of Texas and the City of Midland declaring Thursday, June 23rd, as "Tim Baker" day. Shown with the honoree are City Council members Jeff Sparks and Jerry Morales.
