As a not-for-profit community based treatment and recovery
center, The Springboard Center depends on community contributions to help serve
the significant group in our area that are affected by addictive disease. The
Center is operated on an "ability to pay" philosophy and uses these
service fees as well as contibutions from individual, business and foundation
sources.
Our recent capital campaign has been a huge success! We have raised over $3
million towards the construction of our new facility. The Center appreciates
the support of the area communities and is pleased to bring the dream of a
comrehensive treatment facility to Midland, Texas. We need continued community
support to maintain funding, for operations, and for the future expansion of
the Center.
The Center was
awarded a grant from othe prestigious Meadows Foundation of Dallas. Linda
Perryman, President and CEO of the Meadows Foundation has said the following:
"There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle or the mirror
that reflects it. These words by Edith Wharton perfectly describe Springboard
Center and your efforts to fulfill your mission. The aid you provide those whom
you serve is like a candle burning brightly in a mirror, reflecting warmth and
giving hope."
Your continuing
support of The Springboard Center's vision and mission to serve the residents
of the Permian Basin is greatly appreciated. you may contibute a tax-deductible
donation online though our secure
payment form.
